Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are intended to make you aware of your legal rights and responsibilities with respect to your access to and use of the “Travee.Ai” (“Travee”) website at https://travee.ai/ ("Site") and any related mobile or software applications ("Travee Applications") including but not limited to delivery of information via the website whether existing now or in the future that link to the Terms, information about the travel related services such as trip planning, itinerary preparation, booking services, as offered or will be offered on the Site and Travee Applications (collectively, referred to as the “Platform”)
These Terms are effective for all existing and future Travee customers, including but without limitation to users having access to the Platform.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using Platform, you are agreeing to these Terms and concluding a legally binding contract with TraveeZo Technologies Private Limited and/or its affiliates. The Platform is owned and operated by TraveeZo Technologies Private Limited, a Private Limited Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at Sr.No.22/3, F.No.8, Paradigam Opal, Iris SOC. Baner Gaon, Pune, Pune City, Maharashtra, India, 411045 (hereinafter referred to as “Traveezo” or “Us” or “We”) and the End User (“you” or “User”).
By agreeing to the Terms you signify your acceptance of the Terms and other Traveezo policies (including the privacy policy, cancellation and refund policy, and take down policy). By accessing the Platform we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use the Platform if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Definitions and Interpretations:
For the purpose of these Terms, all the defined and capitalized terms have such meaning as assigned to them herein below, any capitalized terms not defined above in Clause 1.1 will have such meaning as assigned to them under the respective clauses of the Agreement:
“Applicable Laws” shall mean acts, rules, ordinances, regulations, notifications, circulars, or decisions of any executive, judicial, administrative, or quasi-judicial authority or another document.
“Intellectual Property Rights” means patents, rights to Inventions, copyright and related rights, trade marks, business names and domain names, rights in get-up, goodwill and the right to sue for passing off or unfair competition, rights in designs, rights in computer software, database rights, rights to use, and protect the confidentiality of, confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets) and all other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, renewals or extensions of, and rights to claim priority from, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world.
“Personal Data” means any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data.
“Persons” means any natural person, limited or unlimited liability company, corporation, partnership (whether limited or unlimited), proprietorship, Hindu undivided family, trust, union, association, government or any agency or political subdivision thereof or any other entity that may be treated as a person under applicable law.
“Privacy Policy” means the privacy policy of Traveezo with respect to treatment of Users’ information as provided here.
“Services” refer to the arrangement of travel itineraries, expense management, and recommendations for restaurants, hotels, and other booking-related assistance aimed at aiding Users in their planning. Detailed information about these services is accessible on the Platform. Additionally, this encompasses services where Users contact Travee, and Travee’s agents or authorized representatives offer travel and itinerary planning assistance via phone call. However, Users are required to pay additional fees for these on-call services.
“Users” means any Person who or which uses the Services, including any Persons who or which access the Platform or access the content displayed thereof.
The words which are used in this Agreement which have special meanings, have been defined in the body of this Agreement.
The provisions of these Terms form a part of this Agreement and shall have effect as if set out in full in the body of this Terms.
Words denoting the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.
Words denoting any gender include all genders.
The headings in these Terms are inserted for convenience only and shall be ignored in construing any meaning in these Terms.
Any reference to a natural person shall, include his/her heirs, executors and permitted assignees and any reference to a juristic person shall, include its affiliates, successors and permitted assignees, unless repugnant to the context.
Eligibility to use the Services
You hereby represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or above and are fully able and competent to understand and agree the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms.
Compliance with Applicable Laws: You are in compliance with all the Applicable Laws and regulations of India, when you access and use the Services. You agree to use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and Applicable Law, and in a manner that does not violate our legal rights or those of any third party(ies).
You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms or are unable to be bound by the Terms. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk, including the risk that you might be exposed to content that is objectionable, or otherwise inappropriate.
In order to use the Services on the Platform, you must first agree to the Terms. You can accept the Terms by:
Clicking to accept or agree to the Terms, where it is made available to you by Traveezo in the user interface for any particular Service; or
Installing, downloading and actually using the Services. In this case, you understand and agree that Traveezo will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.
Cookies
We employ the use of cookies. By accessing https://travee.ai/ you agreed to use cookies in agreement with Traveezo’s Privacy Policy.
Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user's details for each visit. Cookies are used by our Site to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.
Provision of Services
Traveezo’s Services on the Platform are accessible to Users upon the payment of a fixed monthly subscription fees and payment of any other additional fees as mentioned on the Platform for availing certain Services. The fees payable shall be inclusive of applicable taxes whenever not expressly mentioned.
Traveezo enables the Users to search and select the relevant itinerary for their travel and stay in different cities and it also provides them recommendations of hotels and restaurants nearby however, the respective hotels and restaurants will be responsible for providing their services, Traveezo Platform simply enables the Users to discover and/or book
respective hotel and restaurants through its third party partners.Traveezo reserves the right to modify, at any time, the nature of Services or any part of Services and these Terms. Users are requested to regularly visit and review these Terms and Privacy Policy, as may be updated from time to time.
Users may avail the Services from the Platform by:
purchasing the subscription plans, as listed on the Platform;
payment of fees for the nature of Services sought to be availed of by the User;
accessing (directly or indirectly) the Platform or any content thereof shared by Traveezo on the Platform; or
simply surfing and/or browsing the Platform.
User agrees and acknowledges that for complete access to the Services, she may have to submit certain Personal Data and for successful transaction to be completed on the Platform, it is imperative for the User to provide that all such information is true, accurate, complete and updated.
The Platform may include information and/or links of nearby hotels and restaurants on the basis of publicly available information which may contain materials that may be construed as objectionable, unlawful or inaccurate. Traveezo does not endorse or support these contents or links or the products or services they provide, these content or links are shared for the Users’ convenience only and Traveezo is not responsible or liable for the content or accuracy of these links. The accreditation, certification, licenses, or permits ('Information') visible on a recommended hotel or restaurant’s link within the Platform are provided solely for informational purposes. This information is displayed 'as is available,' sourced by Traveezo from the publicly available information. Traveezo does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, authenticity, or reliability of such Information. Users relying on this Information do so at their own risk. Traveezo bears no responsibility for any losses or damages incurred due to the use of this Information or for any inaccuracies, discrepancies, invalidity, or non-compliance with Applicable Laws or regulations by the restaurants and hotels.
Subject to Applicable Laws, Traveezo may stop provision of Services (or any part of Services), permanently or temporarily, to a User or to Users generally or may modify or change the nature of Services and/or these Terms at its sole discretion, without any prior notice to the Users. Use of Services by a Person following any such modification constitutes such Person’s deemed acceptance to be bound by this Agreement (or as it may be modified).
The User acknowledges that the Platform may include an automatic update or upgrade feature for the software used to access the Platform. You agree that unless restricted by your device, its settings, or computer software, Traveezo or the relevant software/application store may notify you of available updates or upgrades and automatically deliver them to your device or computer periodically. Installing certain updates or upgrades may be necessary to maintain access or use of the Services or its specific features, including those intended to resolve issues. All updates or upgrades provided by us under these Terms shall be considered an integral part of the Services.
The User shall be solely liable to separately back up his/her files and data that may be uploaded on the Platform. Under no circumstances will Traveezo be liable to anyone for damages of any kind arising out of loss of User’s files and/or data uploaded on the Platform.
In the event that there is any violation of the Terms, Traveezo at its discretion may disable a User’s access to her account and she may be prevented from accessing the Services, account and any other content included in the account.
Traveezo reserves the right, at its discretion, to provide Users with credits, coupons, promotional offer codes, vouchers, or any other forms of cashback. Traveezo also reserves the right to modify, convert, cancel, or discontinue such credits, promo codes, or vouchers as it deems necessary or appropriate
Traveezo reserves the right, in accordance with Applicable Laws, to suspend, modify, or terminate the provision of Services, either temporarily or permanently, to any User or Users in general. Traveezo may also alter the nature of Services and/or these Terms at its sole discretion without prior notice. By using the Services after any modifications, the User is deemed to accept and be bound by the updated terms.
Use of Platform and Services
User acknowledges and agrees that with respect to the access to Services on the Platform, no representation is given by Traveezo that any Services discussed in or accessible through this Platform are suitable for the User or any particular person. The User acknowledges that her use of this Platform and any requests for information she has made as a result of visiting this Platform have not been solicited by Traveezo or any of its affiliates and that the provision of any information through this Platform shall not constitute or be considered advice in any manner. The information contained on this Platform is not intended to provide professional advice. Persons accessing these pages should obtain appropriate professional advice when necessary; Traveezo hereby disclaims any and all liability arising out of User’s use of the Services.
If you provide Traveezo with any suggestions, ideas, alterations, or documents concerning Traveezo's activities ("Feedback"), you acknowledge and agree that:
Your Feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information belonging to third parties.
Traveezo has no obligation to keep your Feedback confidential and retains the freedom to use it without limitations.
Similar Feedback might have been received from other customers or might already be under Traveezo's consideration or development.
By providing the Feedback, you grant Traveezo an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to utilize, modify, create, publish, distribute, and sublicense the Feedback. Furthermore, you waive any claims or assertions against Traveezo and its customers related to the provided Feedback.
Users shall use the Services only for such purposes as is permitted by these Terms.
While some of the Services are available to Users free of cost, certain parts of Services may be provided to the Users at a cost.
Traveezo reserves the right to charge a subscription and/or membership fee in respect of its Services and/or any other charge or fee from Users, anytime in future
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of their access details (such as user ID, password, etc.) concerning the Platform. Any access or use of the registered account shall be considered the action of the registered User.
User shall notify Traveezo immediately about any unauthorised use of her account to enable Traveezo to take the necessary corrective action.
We do not represent or warrant that the Platform will be available and meet your requirements, that access will not be interrupted, that there will be no delays, failures, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information, that no viruses or other contaminating or destructive properties will be transmitted or that no damage will occur to your computer system. You have sole responsibility for adequate protection and back up of data and/or equipment and for undertaking reasonable and appropriate precautions to scan for computer viruses or other destructive properties. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, functionality or performance of any third party software that may be used in connection with the Platform.
Communication Policy
You acknowledge that upon transacting with the Platform, you will receive an e-mail from Traveezo for the status of your transaction. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you and Traveezo is not responsible for the receipt of the supposed e-mail in your inbox. Be careful in providing right e-mail id.
You acknowledge that the SMS or WhatsApp message sent by Traveezo is an added facility for your convenience. It is not compulsory as per the law to provide SMS or WhatsApp message service alerts to the Users. If you don’t receive any SMS or WhatsApp message for any reason, Traveezo is not liable for the same.
Intellectual Property Rights
Users agree to comply with applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws governing the use of Services or Products and acknowledge sole responsibility for any infringement arising from their usage.
By uploading, submitting, or transmitting any content or information (“Content”) through the Services, Users grant Traveezo the license, permitting the use, reproduction, modification, and distribution of such Content for the operation, promotion, improvement of its Services, and development of new services. This license remains valid even if the User stops using the Platform.
Unless otherwise specified and subject to Applicable Law, Traveezo retains ownership of all intangible assets and intellectual property, including data generated through Services, unless explicitly granted to the User.
Ownership of data resulting from Traveezo’s engagement with Users or provision of Services solely belongs to Traveezo, allowing its use according to the Privacy Policy.
Traveezo upholds the intellectual property rights of individuals and disclaims responsibility for any User violations of such rights.
The content and information contained within our Website or delivered to you in connection with your use of our Website is the property of Company and any other third party (where applicable). The trademark, trade names and logos (the “Trade Marks”) that are used and displayed on our Website include registered and unregistered Trade Marks of ourselves and other third parties
Nothing on our Platform should be construed as granting any license or right to use any Trade Marks displayed on our Platform. We retain all proprietary rights on our Platform. Users are prohibited from using the same without written permission of Traveezo or such other parties
The materials on this Platform are protected by copyright and no part of such materials may be modified, reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, transmitted (in any form or by any means), copied, distributed, used for creating derivative works or used in any other way for commercial or public purposes without Traveezo’s prior written consent.
Restrictions on use of Platform Services
Users agree not to use the Services, for any illegal, unlawful, or prohibited purposes under these Terms.
Users will access the Platform and the Services as provided under the Terms and not attempt any unauthorized access unless specified in a separate written agreement with Traveezo.
Users must not bypass security features, alter notices, or use Services in a manner that may threaten their integrity, performance, or availability.
Users will not engage in activities such as reverse engineering, collecting data illegally, harassing other Users, or uploading inappropriate content.
Users must comply with the Applicable Laws and regulations, refrain from downloading illegal files, and not misuse the platform's functionalities.
Users shall not transmit harmful elements, interfere with servers or networks, violate code of conduct, or engage in unauthorized access to Services.
Users should refrain from disguising the origin of transmitted content, obtaining materials through unauthorized means, or violating any Applicable Laws.
Users shall not manipulate attributions, violate existing laws, or breach the Terms or Privacy Policy.
Users commit not to impersonate others, misrepresent affiliations, or falsely claim associations with Traveezo or its representatives.
Payments and Refund
User is required to make advance payment of the membership/subscription fees payable to Traveezo in such form and manner as permissible on the Platform. Traveezo may use third party platforms in order to facilitate such payment by the Users and will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the User by any such third parties. In addition to the membership fees, the User may have to pay additional fees for certain specific Services offered by Traveezo on the Platform.
User agrees and acknowledges that no refund shall be payable against any fees paid to Traveezo.
Users acknowledge and agree that all fees or payments made in advance for Services are non-refundable. Once payment is made for the Services, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to absence, withdrawal, or cancellation of participation. The User understands and accepts this policy before making any advance payments for Services.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Hotel Bookings:
TraveeZo Technologies Private Limited (Travee) is committed to providing a seamless hotel booking experience for our users. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling hotel reservations made through our platform.Understanding Hotel Cancellation Policies:
Please note that hotels set their own cancellation policies. We clearly display each Service Provider's cancellation policy and any other policies (about age requirements, security/damage deposits, additional supplements for group Bookings, extra beds, breakfast, pets, cards accepted, etc.) on our Platform on our booking page before you confirm your reservation. It's your responsibility to review and understand the cancellation policy before booking.
2. When shall this policy be applicable and how?
If you cancel a Booking or don’t show up, this policy will apply. Any cancellation/no-show fee and any refund will depend on the Service Provider’s cancellation/no-show policy.
3. Cancellation Window:
The cancellation window refers to the period before your check-in date when you can cancel your reservation without penalty. This timeframe varies depending on the chosen hotel and rate plan. Generally, hotels offer cancellation periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days or more before check-in.
4. Cancellation Fees:
If you cancel your reservation outside the hotel's cancellation window, you may be charged a cancellation fee. These fees are determined by the hotel and may include:
A flat cancellation fee per night
A percentage of the total booking cost
The full cost of the first night's stay
5. How to Cancel:
You can cancel your reservation directly through our platform. Log in to your account, navigate to your booking details, and find the cancellation option. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
6. Cancellation due to technical error: In the rare circumstance of a booking not getting confirmed for any reason whatsoever, Travee will process the refund of the booking amount paid by the User and intimate the User about the same. We are not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of or to compensate or replace the unconfirmed booking. All subsequent bookings will be treated as new transactions. Any applicable refund will be processed as per the defined policies of the service provider and Travee as the case may be.
7. Non-Refundable Reservations:
Some hotels offer special rates or packages that are non-refundable. These rates are clearly marked on our booking page. You will not be eligible for a
refund if you cancel a non-refundable reservation.
8. Right to cancel by the Service Provider: If you book a Hotel by paying in advance (including all price components and/or a damage deposit if applicable), the Service Provider may cancel the Booking without notice if they can't collect the balance on the date specified. If they do cancel, any non-refundable payment you’ve made will only be refunded at their discretion. It's your responsibility to make sure the payment goes ahead on time (that your bank, debit card or credit card details are correct, and that there's enough money available in your account).
9. Processing Time: Refunds, if any, may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account after a cancellation is processed. The processing time depends on your bank or financial institution.
10. Mode of refund: Refunds, if any, on cancelled bookings will always be processed to the respective account or the banking instrument (credit card, wallet etc.) from which payment was made for that booking.

12. We Reserve the Right to Modify:
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. We will post any changes on this page.
Termination
Commencement and Termination: Users are bound by these Terms upon the initiation of using the Services until they discontinue using them. Regardless of termination, the rights and obligations of Users, explicitly mentioned or inherent, will persist beyond the end of these Terms.
User Termination and Traveezo's Rights: Users can terminate this Agreement by discontinuing access to Platform or Services. Traveezo reserves the right to terminate these Terms by suspending or permanently restricting access to Services.
Traveezo Termination Rights: Traveezo may terminate a User's access to Services under various circumstances, including breach of terms, non-payment for payable services, cessation of third-party relationships, commercial infeasibility, repeat infringement, or legal requirements.
Compliance and Termination: In case of non-compliance with Traveezo's rules, regulations, or policies, Traveezo reserves the right to immediately terminate access to computer resources, remove non-compliant information, or both. Traveezo will inform Users periodically, at least annually, about compliance requirements outlined in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy or any amendments.
Continuation of Rights: Upon termination of this Agreement, the legal rights, obligations, and liabilities previously accrued and expressed to continue indefinitely will remain unaffected and persist indefinitely.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy delineates Traveezo’s protocols for handling and safeguarding User data during their use of Services or Products. By utilizing these Services or Products, Users expressly agree to authorize Traveezo’s utilization of the data in compliance with the outlined Privacy Policy.
Users agree that Traveezo may use the collected information to provide them with communication regarding Traveezo’s offerings or updates. Traveezo may also use the information for marketing purposes, such as sending relevant updates and promotional materials however, the User will always have the option to opt-out of receiving such communications.
Traveezo takes appropriate measures to protect the User’s Personal Data from any unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Traveezo uses secure technologies and follows industry-standard practices to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your data.
Traveezo does not sell, trade or transfer your Personal Data to any unauthorized third-party without your consent.
The User shall have the right to access, update or delete their Personal Data or any information, shared on the Platform. The User also has the right to restrict or object to the processing of her data. If the User wishes to exercise any such right they can contact the Support Team at support@travee.ai
Limitation of Liability
Traveezo has no special relationship with or fiduciary duty to you for accessing and using our Platform, Content and Services. We have no control over, and no duty to take any action regarding:
which Users gain access to our Platform;
what Content you access via our Platform;
what effects our Content may have on you;
how you may interpret or use our Content; and
what actions you may take as a result of having been exposed to the Content.
Users acknowledge that their use of Services is at their own risk, absolving Traveezo from liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising from such usage. Traveezo assumes no responsibility for the quality, authenticity, delivery, or any issues pertaining to goods/services provided through the Platform.
User acknowledges that by availing the Services involves inherent risks. Traveezo is not liable for any physical, mental or emotional harm that may occur as a result.
If Traveezo is found liable for any loss or damage that arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of our Platform or Services, available through our Platform, then the liabilities of the Traveezo in the aggregate will not exceed the aggregate cost of your purchased Service as set out in the confirmation email (whether for one event or a series of connected events). In case of an overcharge or mischarge caused by Traveezo, you can make a claim regarding all erroneous charges notwithstanding what is set out above. Claims should be submitted as soon as possible after occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted with undue delay may be considered void pursuant to the applicable statute of limitations
Assignment
Traveezo may assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under these Terms and conditions to any of its affiliates or any third party at any time.
Indemnification
Users agree to defend and hold Traveezo harmless against claims, actions, demands, liabilities, judgments, or settlements arising from their use of Services, breaches, or non-compliance with these Terms.
No Warranties
Traveezo explicitly disclaims all warranties regarding Services consistent availability, seamless functionality, data accuracy, security measures, or suitability for specific purposes, except as explicitly outlined in these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Claims must be initiated within 30 days of the cause of action.
Grievance Redressal
Users have the provision to address complaints to our support team at support@travee.ai, ensuring timely resolution as per the applicable law and company guidelines.
Notices
Traveezo may disseminate notices through the Platform or via registered email/telephone. Users are considered to have received such notices after a period of three days from issuance.

WHAT INFORMATION OF YOURS DOES TRAVEEZO COLLECT?
Traveezo only collects the personal information as shared by you with us when you register on our website or mobile application for availing our services or for obtaining information about us or our Services or for contacting us.
Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:
